Running without a Telegram login — reading over HTTP
Ingest works: the anonymous per-message embed endpoint reaches the groups. But it polls rather than receiving a push, so alerts lag by seconds, and it cannot read venues with content protection enabled — currently Regular_H1B_H4_VisaSlotsChecking, one of the largest. Run pnpm tg:login for sub-second push and full coverage.
